PRODUCT INFORMATION

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Redeemed & Restored products are made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected options, including product, size, color, quantity, personalization when applicable, and shipping address before submitting an order.
ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or product errors, unavailable products, or an inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown when required during checkout.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Because products are made to order, all sales are final except where required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Cancellation or change requests may be considered only before production begins and are not guaranteed. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Redeemed & Restored is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate and complete delivery address.
