Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Redeemed & Restored order. Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference unless required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at keinvestsllc@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.
Please review product descriptions and size information before ordering. Nothing in this policy limits rights available to you under applicable law.
